WHY DO I LACK MOTIVATION?

When we suffer from low self-confidence and low self-esteem, it can negatively impact our motivation. Personal and professional challenges can feel overwhelming because we are not confident in our ability to navigate them. This can leave us feeling stuck, watching others progress with their goals while we may not even know what we want our goals to be. Improving our confidence is the key to creating a positive outlook and belief in ourselves, self-motivation is a skill that helps us to work out what we want from life and put our goals into action.
