More than 1 in 4 people in the UK suffer from a mental health issue but only 1 in 8 are receiving the support they need*.

Counselling is a key method which has helped millions of people in the UK address their mental health concerns. Working with a therapist enables you to identify strategies and solutions that help you regain control of your life and find happiness again.

It can be scary to take the first step as it involves admitting you have an issue you need support with. Our therapists are fully trained to handle a variety of different mental health issues, crises or general coaching and support. They will take you through the steps at a pace that feels comfortable for you and customise treatment to suit your specific needs.
